anger is a natural response to threat and some is necessary for us to survive

many different things can trigger issues with anger - be it stress, family issues or money related problems. sometimes it is coupled with addiction or depression
some common symptoms might be: tantrums, arguments, physical violence, throwing things, fighting. sometimes the anger can go from zero to a hundred incredibly quickly
often the cause of uncontrollable or disregulated anger can be traced back to our early childhood and through psychotherapy, we can gain better awareness of this and find strategies to change the behaviour
